Chocolate Diet Bar Recipe
- Stertch film
- Rectangular cake tin
- 1 bowl of oatmeal
- 5-6 walnuts
- 15 date fruit
- 4-5 spoon milk
- 1.5 spoon cacao
- 2 packet of bitter chocolate
- Firstly , put the oatmeal , cacao and date fruits in a blender and blend them
- Add the milk and blend again
- Then , add the walnuts and blend it just 2 second
- Cover the bottom of the cake tin with a stretch film ( because it can be easily removed from the cake tin )
- Pour the mixture in the cake tin and spread it with a spoon
- Melt the bitter chocolate in a bain- marie and pour it on the mixture
- Wait it about 20-40 minutes in the fridge
- Lastly , take out it from the cake tin with the help of stretçh film and slice and serve it
