  • Rectangular cake tin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl of oatmeal
  • 5-6 walnuts
  • 15 date fruit
  • 4-5 spoon milk
  • 1.5 spoon cacao
  • 2 packet of bitter chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put the oatmeal , cacao and date fruits in a blender and blend them
  • Add the milk and blend again
  • Then , add the walnuts and blend it just 2 second
  • Cover the bottom of the cake tin with a stretch film ( because it can be easily removed from the cake tin )
  • Pour the mixture in the cake tin and spread it with a spoon
  • Melt the bitter chocolate in a bain- marie and pour it on the mixture
  • Wait it about 20-40 minutes in the fridge
  • Lastly , take out it from the cake tin with the help of stretçh film and slice and serve it
