Strawberry Diet Delight (Çilekli Lokum)
- 2 Bowls
- 2 spoon vinegar
- 3 glasses of milk
- 1 cup of semolina
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 packet of vanilla (10 gram)
- 1 spoon honey
- Firstly , put the pot on the cooker and put the milk on it
- Add the semolina and stir constantly
- After the mixture boils , add the vanilla and butter and stir for 2 minutes
- Then , add the honey and continue to mix
- Wet the inside of the cups and put the mixture until half and add the 1 strawberry in it and again put the mixture
- Rest them in the fridge for 1 hour
- Pour the coconut on a tray
- Flip the cups over and take out the delight
- Cover all over with coconut
