Strawberry Diet Delight (Çilekli Lokum)

  • 2 Bowls
  • Mixer
  • Cooker
  • Pot
  • tray
  • Cups


  • 2 spoon vinegar
  • 3 glasses of milk
  • 1 cup of semolina
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 packet of  vanilla (10 gram)
  • 1 spoon honey

For above

  • coconut

For inside

  • strawberries


  • Firstly , put the pot on the cooker and put the milk on it
  • Add the semolina and stir constantly
  • After the mixture boils , add the vanilla and butter and stir for 2 minutes
  • Then , add the honey and continue to mix
  • Wet the inside of the cups and put the mixture until half and add the 1 strawberry in it and again put the mixture
  • Rest them in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Pour the coconut on a tray
  • Flip the cups over and take out the delight
  • Cover all over with coconut
  • You can serve them
