Lentil Cake Recipe ( Mercimek Kek )
- 1 cup of lentil ( wet the lentil before 8 hours )
- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Firstly , put the lentil , eggs , yoghurt and olive oil in a blender and blend them well
- Put the mixture in a bowl
- Add the baking powder , cheese and sesame in the mixture and stir it well
- Pour the mixture in a baking tray
- And bake it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes
- Slice and serve it
