Fit Milky Dessert Recipe ( Sütlü Tatlı)
- 5 table spoon semoline
- 3 glasses milk
- 3 tablespoon honey (you can increase according to demand)
- 1 tea glass coconut
- 1 lemon zets (can be orange or tangerine)
- Add 3 cups of milk to a pot.
- Add 5 tablespoons semolina, lemon zest.
- Turn on the heat and after 3-4 minutes, add the remaining ingredients coconut and lemon zest.
- Stir on the stove until it boils. (Stir constantly so that it does not hold the bottom).
- Add the honey after you get it from the oven.
- Finally, share this mixture you have prepared in bowls, glasses or cups that you will serve.
