- 3 eggplants
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 spoon strained yoghurt
- 2 spoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- First, wash and dry the eggplants. Pierce them with a knife in 3, 5 places.
- Put the baking paper on the baking tray and place the eggplants.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. (You can also roast the eggplants on the stove instead of in the oven. But in this case you will have to turn them constantly)
