Easy Turkish Spring Rolls ( Sigara Böreği )
Equipment
- Knife
- Pot
- Cooker
- bowl
Ingredients
- ready dough
- curd cheese
- parsley
- salt
For frying
- oil
Instructions
- First, divide/cut the phyllo dough into 12 equal pieces in the form of triangles.
- Finely chop the parsley.Prepare the filling ingredients by mixing it with curd cheese. (you can add groundred pepper or ground black pepper if you want)
- Add the cheese mixture to the lower end (large part) of each triangular phyllo dough with the help of a spoon.
- Bend the edges of the dough inward so that the cheeses do not fall out and wrap it in a roll.
- Wet the tip slightly with water and close the pastry . In this way, the pastry will not open.
- Fry these ready made pastries in hot oil.
- The spring rolls are ready, bon appetit.
