Diet Pancake (Diyet Pankek)
- Crepe pan
- 80 gram oatmeal
- 3 dessert spoon coffee
- 6 tablespoon yoghurt
- 2 packets baking powder (20 gram)
- 3 eggs (If you want, you can add more)
- 2 spoon cacao (if desire)
- Turn the oatmeal into flour with a blender.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Put it on a preheated crepe pan with a spoon andcook.
- Cook both sides until bubbles appear on it andharden.
- If you do not have a crepe pan , you can useanother pan with butter.
