- Baking Tray
- Baking paper
- 3 spoon butter
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 egg
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1.5 glasses of whole wheat flour
- 1.5 spoon cacao
- 1.5 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of honey
- Firstly , make the syrup 1 hour before making cookies. put the milk in a pot and heat it .Then add the honey and stir well . Wait the cool down and put it in a fridge .
- Put the butter and olive oil in a bowl
- Add the honey and egg and stir it well
- Then , add the cacao
- Add the whole wheat flour little by little and knead it
- Divide the dough into the small piece and roll them
- Put the baking paper on the baking tray and add the cookies on it
- Bake them in the preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes
- and put the hot cookies in the cool syrup and wait 5 second
- You can decorate the cookies with coconut , nut , peanut or walnut you can serve
