Ingredients
  

  • 3 spoon butter
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1.5 glasses of whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 spoon cacao

For syrup

  • 1.5 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of honey

For above

  • Coconuts

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , make the syrup 1 hour before making cookies. put the milk in a pot and heat it .Then add the honey and stir well . Wait the cool down and put it in a fridge .
  • Put the butter and olive oil in a bowl
  • Add the honey and egg and stir it well
  • Then , add the cacao
  • Add the whole wheat flour little by little and knead it
  • Divide the dough into the small piece and roll them
  • Put the baking paper on the baking tray and add the cookies on it
  • Bake them in the preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes
  • and put the hot cookies in the cool syrup and wait 5 second
  • You can decorate the cookies with coconut , nut , peanut or walnut
    you can serve
