  • 1 tablespoon strained yoghurt
  • 10 blueberries
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 dessert spoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed

For surface

  • 15 blueberries
  • 1 banana small
  • 1 dessert spoon chia seed
  • 5 raw almonds


  • Pour the strained yogurt into the blender.
  • Remove the stems of the strawberries and add them.
  • Then add the blueberry honey and chia seeds.
  • Mix it well.
  • Put the mixture in a bowl. Slice the banana. Serve with almonds, chia seeds, banana slices and blueberries.
