Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons corn flour
- 2 cups hot water
- 400 grams Trabzon cheese (or kashar)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small pan.
- Add the corn flour little by little and mix the corn flourwith a wooden spoon.
- Add the water when the corn flour is brown.
- Separateand add Trabzon cheese to corn flour swollen in boiling water and continuemixing.
- Mix the omelette (Mıhlama) and cook on low heat. When it 48gets the color, take it off the stove and serve it hot without waiting.
