Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 400 grams Trabzon cheese (or kashar)

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a small pan.
  • Add the corn flour little by little and mix the corn flourwith a wooden spoon.
  • Add the water when the corn flour is brown.
  • Separateand add Trabzon cheese to corn flour swollen in boiling water and continuemixing.
  • Mix the omelette (Mıhlama) and cook on low heat. When it 48gets the color, take it off the stove and serve it hot without waiting.
