  • 3 bananas
  • 2 glasses of oat
  • 4.5 table spoon sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup ( honey or dates can be used instead of maple syrup)
  • 100 gram walnut
  • 50 gram raisin
  • 50 gram grated coconut
  • 50 gram ground flaxseed
  • 50 gram sesame
  • 4 dessert spoon chia seed
  • 7 spoon water
  • 2 spoon poppy
  • 4 dessert spoon cinnamon
  • 1 packet of vanilla (10 gram)
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • Firstly , put the chia seeds in the water and wait
  • Peel the skins of bananas and crush them using a fork
  • Add oil , vanilla and maple syrup to it
  • Grind chia seeds with a blender and add it to the banana mixture
  • İn a large deep bowl , put the oats , walnuts , raisins , grated coconut , ground flaxseed , sesame , poppy , cinnamon and finally salt
  • Mix these ingredients into the banana mixture with a spoon and blend them together
  • Place the greaseproof paper on the baking tray.
  • Spread your snack bar on the tray
  • Put it in the preheated 200 degree oven.
  • Cook until the edges turn dark yellow. This is about 25 minutes.
  • Take it out of the oven , let it cool , and cut it into the shape and size you want
