- 6 carrots medium
- 3/4 granulated Sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 glass grated coconut

- Put the carrot puree in a saucepan. Add sugar and cook on low heat by mixing with a wooden spoon.
