Its total oil rate is 8 grams and it contains 200 mg of potassium. Cezerye contains 50 mg sodium, 65 g carbohydrate, 0.3 mg vitamin B6. It contains 50 mg calcium, 10 mg vitamin C, 0 mg cholesterol, 10 g protein, and 0.8 mg iron. In addition, there is 10.60 IU vitamin A, 0. IU vitamin D and 10 mg magnesium in cezerye.

Cezerye With Walnut Recipe

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 6  carrots   medium
  • 3/4 granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaglass water
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon  turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ginger
  • 1 teaspoon  honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

For surface

  • 1 glass grated coconut

Instructions
 

  • After washing the carrots, peel and chop into slices and boil in water
  • Strain the carrots and crush them with a blender.
  • Put the carrot puree in a saucepan. Add sugar and cook on low heat by mixing with a wooden spoon.
  • Add cezerye’s spice
  • Mix constantly and continue to cook until the water absorbs, mix a little water and corn starch and pour to the pot. Continue mixing.
  • Take the shells of walnuts and add them to the pot and mix. Sprinkle half of the grated coconut in a square tray.
  • Pour the prepared mixture into the tray and fix it. (Take care not to be too thick)Sprinkle the remaining coconut surface it.
