  • 4 lt water
  • 2.5 glasses of sugar


  • Firstly , clean and wash the sourcherries well.
  • Then , put them in a pot and add 4 lt water in the pot and boil it .
  • After boiling , add 2.5 glasses of sugar on the mixture and continue to boil it. İf you want , you can increase or decrease the sugar .
  • Put it in a pitcher and rest it until cool down in the fridge .
  • You can serve it cold .
