- 50 ml olive oil
- 5 chilli peppers
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- 4 potatoes ( 50 ml olive oil for potatoes )
- 1 dessert spoon thyme
- 1 dessert spoon red pepper flakes
- Firstly , clean the fish well and divide the fish on the half and wash them well
