Equipment

  • 2 Bowls
  • Pan
  • Cooker
  • Stretch film
  • Oven
  • Baking Tray
  • Baking paper

Ingredients
  

For dough

  • 2,5 glasses of whole wheat flour
  • 2,5 spoon dry yeast
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • 1 cup of lukewarm milk
  • 2 spoon Olive Oil
  • salt

For sauce

  • Grape molasses
  • Water
  • Sesame

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put the water and milk in a bowl
  • Add the dry yeast and mix them
  • Then , add the olive oil and salt and keep mixing
  • And , add the whole wheat flour little by little and knead it
  • Cover the bowl with a stretch film and wait 45 minutes for it to ferment
  • Put the sesame in a pan and brown it
  • Mix the grape molasses and water in a bowl
  • Form the dough into to long sticks. Then , take them side by side , shape them into knitting and connect the ends
  • Put them in the mixture and take out and add the sesame on them
  • Put the baking paper in a baking tray
  • Bake them preheated 180 degree in an oven
