Ingredients
  

  • 4 bonito fish
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • 5 chilli peppers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 potatoes ( 50 ml olive oil for potatoes )
  • 1 dessert spoon thyme
  • 1 dessert spoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , clean the fish well and divide the fish on the half and wash them well
  • Then , add the salt and olive oil and knead the fish and put them in a bowl and rest for 30 minutes in the fridge
  • And , peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces and put the potatoes and water in a pot and boil it then add some salt
  • Add the thyme , red pepper flakes , salt , 1 dessert spoon lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and mix them and add the potatoes and mix them all together
  • Chop the tomatoes and lemon into small pieces
  • Put the fish , potatoes , tomatoes , lemon and peppers in a baking tray and bake it 180 degree oven
