  • 3 glasses of lukewarm water
  • 1 packet of instant yeast (10 gram )
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 7 cups of flour ( add little by little )

For filling ingredients

  • 500 gram ground beef
  • 3 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 5 green peppers
  • parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chilli pepper
  • 3 spoon oil

For above

  • Butter


  • Firstly , put 3 glasses of lukewarm water in a bowl and add dry yeast and sugar on it and stir well it until melt
  • Add flour and salt and knead it well
  • Put the dough in a bowl and cover on it with a stretch film for fermantation
  • Divide the dough to 14 equal pieces and pour some flour on them and cover on it with a cloth
  • For filling ingredients , blend tomatoes , onions , peppers and parsley with a blender and put them in a bowl and add the minced meat
  • Add the spices and oil and knead it well
  • Roll out the dough pieces with a rolling pin and put the mixture and fold the edges of the dough inwards
  • Bake them in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 30 minutes
  • Take out them in the oven and spread butter on the edges of pides and cut and serve
