- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 1 glass of semolina
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 glass of flour

- Add 1 egg and olive oil to alarge bowl. Mix it.
- Then add the yogurt and mix again.
- Add 1 glass of semolina andmix once.
- Then add vanilla and bakingpowder on it and continue mixing.
- Add the flour little by little and mix.
- Knead until it has a bitter consistency.
- Make walnut-sized pieces fromthis dough.
- Put the baking paper on the baking tray and add the dough to the tray.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degreeoven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- While your dessert is hot, pour the cooled syrup over it.
