Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 glass of semolina
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 glass of flour

Instructions
 

  • Before you start making the dough, prepare your syrup and let it cool.
  • Add 1 egg and olive oil to alarge bowl. Mix it.
  • Then add the yogurt and mix again.
  • Add 1 glass of semolina andmix once.
  • Then add vanilla and bakingpowder on it and continue mixing.
  • Add the flour little by little and mix.
  • Knead until it has a bitter consistency.
  • Make walnut-sized pieces fromthis dough.
  • Put the baking paper on the baking tray and add the dough to the tray.
  • Bake in a preheated 180 degreeoven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • While your dessert is hot, pour the cooled syrup over it.
  • After waiting for a while, decorate it. You can decorate with materials such as coconut, peanut powder, hazelnut powder, walnut powder.
