Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack lasagna (leaf dough)
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 400 gram ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tomato (grated)
  • 2 bayleaf
  • 1.5 cup peas
  • 2 cup cheddar cheesee

For bechamel sauce

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoon cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 nutmeg (grated)

Instructions
 

  • Heat sunflower oil and butter in a pan. Fry the chopped onions for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the carrots on and continue frying for 3-4 more minutes.
  • Add the ground beef over the roasted carrots and onions and fry until the water drains.
  • Add the garlic, salt and pepper. Finally, add the grated tomato and bay leaf and leave the mixture to cook.
  • After the tomatoes have drained the water a little, add the peas and continue to cook the filling.
  • When all the ingredients are cooked well, your filling is ready.

for bechamel sauce

  • To prepare bechamel sauce; Melt the butter in the sauce pan. Roast the flour until it smells and turns color.
  • Add the cold milk to the roasted flour and cook with a whisk, stirring constantly. When you use uncooked lasagna leaves, your bechamel sauce should be more liquid than normal. Therefore, take care that it is not too thick.
  • After adding black pepper and grated nutmeg, take off the stove.

For Lasagna

  • Spread some bechamel sauce and filling on the base of the ovenware and line the lasagna leaves.
  • Respectively; Add the minced meat mixture, bechamel sauce and a piece of grated cheddar cheese.
  • After separating the bechamel sauce and grated cheddar cheese for the on layer of lasagna, repeat this process for all the lasagna leaves respectively.
  • Cover the lasagna with the bechamel sauce and grated cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cooking time can vary from oven to oven. Cook in a controlled manner until you are sure that it is cooked.
