Fit Pancake Recipe
- Crepe pan
- Baking Tray
- Baking paper
- 10 spoon whole wheat flour ( You can blend oat for flour )
- 3 eggs
- 4 spoon olive oil
- 7 spoon milk
- Parsley ( if you want)
For filling ingredient
- Kashar cheese
- Firstly , put the eggs and mix them
- Add milk and mix it . Then , add olive oil
- Add the whole wheat flour or oat flour on the mixture and mix it
- Chop the parsley into small pieces and add it on the mixture with the salt
- Heat the crepe pan
- Pour the dough on the pan and cook
- Chop the ingredients of your choice for the filling ingredients
- Cook the ingredients in a pan
- Then add the ingredients on each pancake and put the kashar cheese on them and close them ( like patty )
- Prepare all the pancakes this shape
- Put the baking paper on the baking tray
- Bake it preheated 180 degree in oven until kashar cheese melt for 2 minutes
