Diet Broccoli Soup Recipe

- Blender
- Knife
- Spoon
Ingredients
- 1 spoon butter
- 1 spoon flour
- 500 gram broccoli
- 5 glasses of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Firstly , chop the broccoli into the small pieces and boil it for 5 minutes
- Then , melt the butter in a pot and add the flour and brown them
- Add 5 glasses of water little by little and mix it
- And , add the boiled broccoli , salt and ground black pepper and mix them all together
- Cook it on low heat for 15 minutes
- And blend the mixture after it is cooked and serve
