Ingredients
  

  • 1 spoon butter
  • 1 spoon flour
  • 500 gram broccoli
  • 5 glasses of water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , chop the broccoli into the small pieces and boil it for 5 minutes
  • Then , melt the butter in a pot and add the flour and brown them
  • Add 5 glasses of water little by little and mix it
  • And , add the boiled broccoli , salt and ground black pepper and mix them all together
  • Cook it on low heat for 15 minutes
  • And blend the mixture after it is cooked and serve
