Instructions
Let's put 2 cups of bulgur into a bowl, add 1.5 cups of hot water and close it and wait for the bulgur to swell.
Open it and add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 2 lime juice and half a glass of pomegranate syrup.
Chop 6 pieces sprigs of onion, half a bunch of parsley and add on top and mix until come to its proper consistency.
You can decorate the edges with lettuce by serving them on the plates.
