Ingredients
  

  • 2 spoon butter
  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1 bowl cashew
  • 2 glasses of rice
  • 1 spoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2,5 glasses of hot water
  • 1 chicken bouillon
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • First, put butter and oil in the pan.
  • After the oil is browned, add the cashew in a pan and fry it. Colors can be darken very quickly so be careful. (you can increase the amount according to yourself)
  • Put the washed rice in the pot. Brown the rice for about 5-6 minutes.
  • Add black pepper and curry and continue browning.
  • Mix the chicken bouillon with the hot water you will add and transfer it to the rice. (We mixed the chicken bouillon with water to dissolve it. If you have broth or chicken stock at home, it will taste better if you use it.)
  • Then add salt and let it cookon low heat.
  • Leave the pilaf to infuse after it has completely drained.
