Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg wheat
  • 1 glass chickpea ,
  • 800 grams meat (if you use chicken put 3drumstick

For sauce

  • butter
  • tomato paste

Instructions
 

  • Put meat at the bottom of the pot.
  • Add the chickpeas, wheat and 1 tablespoon of salt that you have washed on it.
  • Add water to pass 10-15 cm above the ingredients we have prepared.
  • Put the pot in the wood oven (bread oven) overnight and keep it in the oven until morning.
  • A dih o mutton (Keskek) taken from the oven is crushed thoroughly with the help of a large wooden spoon. (If you put chicken, don't forget to get the bones)
  • After being taken into plates, serve it with tomato paste sauce. (You can do it in the pressure cooker in the same way, it is cooked over low heat in 2 hours).
