Ingredients
  

  • 15 dried eggplants
  • 15 dried pepper
  • 1 glass of rice
  • 2 onion
  • 8-10 cloves of garlic
  • 150 gram minced meat
  • parsley
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 1.5 dessert spoon chili pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon cumin
  • 1.5 dessert spoon sumac
  • ½ dessert spoon ground black pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon dry mint
  • 50 ml oil or olive oil

For cooking

  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Boiled water

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put water in a pot and boil it
  • Add the eggplants in the boiled water for 5 minutes and take out them . Then , add the peppers in the boiled water for 5 minutes
  • Then , chop the onions and parsley , grate the garlics and put them in a bowl
  • Add the rice , minced meat , spices , tomato and pepper paste , 50 ml olive oil and knead it well
  • Fill the peppers and eggplants with this filling ingredients
  • Put them in a pot and add 1 dessert spoon salt , 50 ml olive oil and 1 glasses of boiled water on it
  • Put a plate on it and cook it for 45 minutes on low heat
