Ingredients
  

For The Dough

  • 1.5 cup einkorn wheat flour or whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup hot Water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For The Surface

  • 1 egg whites
  • sesame
  • black sesame
  • poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • First pour the flour and butter into a deep bowl, mix well and knead.
  • Then we add half tea glass of hot water and continue to mix.
  • Add a teaspoon of salt and knead well.
  • After resting the dough for 5 minutes, divide it into walnut-sized pieces.
  • Give these pieces you separate into the shape of a long cylinder.
  • Dip these rollers in egg white first. Then smear on the ingredient of your choice. (sesame, black sesame, poppy)
  • Put the baking paper on the baking tray.
  • Put it in the preheated 180 degree oven and wait for it to become crispy. It is cooking for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn them over one by one and continue cooking.
