Ingredients
  

For The Dough

  • 1 tea glass water
  • 1 tea glass olive oi
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 glasess whole wheat flour

For The Surface

  • 1 egg yolk
  • sesame
  • kernel
  • flax seed

Instructions
 

  • Add a tea glass of water and olive oil to a deep bowl.
  • Then add a tablespoon of yogurt and a tablespoon of vinegar.
  • Sprinkle salt on them and mix.
  • Finally, add the flour gradually. Add it with one hand and knead the dough with the other.
  • Roll out the dough very thinly.
  • Then cut this dough as desired. (Rectangle will be more beautiful)
  • Spread egg yolk on it (not necessary).
  • Finally, sprinkle an ingredient of your choice on the dough. (sesame seeds,flax seeds, etc.)
  • Put the baking paper on the baking tray.
  • Put it in the preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes. (You can extend the time for the crips)
