Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 bunch chervil
  • 1/3 bunch spinach
  • 1/4 celery small
  • 1/3 bunch dill
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 raw almonds
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch rock salt

Instructions
 

  • Put the parsley and spinach in the water with baking soda for 10 minutes.
  • Grate a quarter of the celery, pour to a plate.
  • Mince the parsley and dill and add it. Chop the spinach with your hands and add to the plate.
  • Whisk your yogurt. Add 1 pinch of rock salt and crushed small cloves of garlic and mix them all together in a bowl.
