Ingredients
  

  • 2 glasses of whole wheat flour
  • 14 green olives or black olives ( take out the seeds )
  • 2 spoon grated sun-dried tomato
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dessert spoon thyme
  • ½ glass of lukewarm water

Four sauce

  • 3 spoon olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon soda
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 1 dessert spoon thyme

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put the whole wheat flour in a bowl
  • And , take out the olive's seeds and cut them
  • Add the grated sun-dried tomato and olives in the bowl.
  • Add water on it
  • Then , add the egg and 1 dessert spoon thyme
  • And , knead all of these ingredients
  • Mix all the ingredients you have prepared for sauce and spread it over the dough
  • Put the baking paper in a baking tray
  • You can give the dough any shape you want but thinner dough will make it more crunchy
  • You can add sesame and black cumin
  • Wait for it to be cooked in a preheated 180 degree oven . İt will be ready in about 20 minutes
