Cover the bottom of springfarm pan with a baking paper.
Then , mix the eggs and sugar with the mixer until they turnwhite and add to milk , flour , cacao , vanilla and baking powder and continuewhisking until the ingredients are completely mixed.
Put the cake dough in a springfarmpan . Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 25-35 minutes. After leaving the oven , wait for it to cooldown.
With the whipped cream and milk with a mixeruntil it thickens. Then , add the coconut and superfine sugar and continuewhisking.
Put the liquid cream and chocolate in the pan andmix until it melts.
Wet the top of the cake with a glass of milk. Pourthe cream over the cake so that it is flat. Then, pour the cooled chocolate sauceover.
And wait for 3 – 4 hours in the refrigerator. You can serve it bydecorating it as you wish.
