Ingredients
  

For Kunefe

  • 500 gram kadayif
  • 200 gram string cheese
  • 200 gram melted butter

For Syrup

  • 3 cup water
  • 2,5 cup granulated sugar
  • 3-4 drops lemon Juice

For pan

  • 1-2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon grape molasses

Instructions
 

  • Start preparing the kunefe dessert first with syrup. Put the water and sugar in the potand let it boil. After the syrup boil, add 3-4 drops of lemon juice.
  • After boiling for 10 minutes, take pan off the stove and let it cool.
  • Melt the butter in a pot then pour a deep bowl, cut the kadayif into little piece then add the deep bowl, mix butter and kadayif.
  • Slice string cheese.
  • Spread the butter in the pot and add grape molasses. We add grape molasese in order that , be fried on the künefe.
  • Add half kadayif the pot equal way, press on the kadayif with your hand.
  • Lay the string cheese and Add the rest of kadayifin the pot. Kadayifs will hide the cheese.
  • Turn off the heat and cook kunefe 5 minutes, then turn the other side to cook, You can do turn process with the help oh a plate.
  • Cook the other side in 5 minutes and pour the syrup as it is cooked.
  • After absorb the syrup,take off kunefe the stove.
  • You can decorate it with peanuts, walnuts and hazelnut.
