Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram ground beef
  • 5 tea glass fine bulgur
  • 5 cloves garlic (large)
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika paste
  • 3 tomato

For Sauce

  • 1 tea galss olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon black pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon cumin
  • 2 table spoon chili pepper
  • 3 tablespoon urfa red pepper
  • parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Grate tomatos and put a bowl.
  • Put 1 tea glass olive oil, cumin, black pepper, urfa red peppers,chili pepper into another bowl. Mix this ingredients and sauce is ready.
  • Peel onion and garlic then grate onion and garlic. Put this grated garlic and onion a big bowl add ground beef and salt.
  • Knead this mixture about 3 minutes then add tomato paste and paprika paste knead again about 3 minutes.
  • Add fine bulgur knead about 15 minutes and intervally add 1 glass water.
  • Then add grated tomato knead about 3 minutes.
  • Add your pre-prepared sauce. Knead abot 3 minutes andit is ready.
