  • 1 bowl tarhana
  • 4 glasses of water
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 spoon butter
  • 1 dessert spoon dry mint
  • 1 dessert spoon red pepper
  • half of the meat broth
  • 1 cube sugar


  • First, put the water and tarhana in the pot. Let it boil. then continue to boil until soft.
  • When it softens, blend it with a blender. (You can check its solid and liquidity and add tarhana or water)
  • Then add your spices, sugar and meat bouillon and continue to boil (mix frequently so that it does not stick to the bottom).
  • Melt the butter in a pan. Then add the mint and pepper, mix and turn off the stove.
  • Finally, pour this sauce into the soup. Bon Appetit.
