- 4 Şırdan( craw) (lump or goat stomach)
- 250 gram mincedmeat
- 500 gram rice
- 500 gram onion
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- 1 dessert spoon salt
- 1 dessert spoon blackpepper
- 3 glass water
- First clean your stomach (şırdan).
- Then, both sides are washed with cold water and then with hot water many times.
- After being thoroughly cleaned, it is kept in salty and lemon water for a few hours and washed again. Cleaning is quite long and laborious.
- Onions are finely chopped. Rice, minced meat and other ingredients are added and mixed. The ingredients are filled into the syringes by hand.
- All stomach (şırdan) are filled.
- Put your stomach into pot and add water, salt then cook 60 minutes.
