Cauliflower Pizza Recipe
- Baking Tray
- Baking paper
- ½ cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon kashar cheese
- 1 dessert spoon tomato paste
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 spoon olive oil
- 4 spoon water
- Kashar cheese
- Put the cauliflower in a bowl , add water and boil it about 15 minutes
- Blend the boiled cauliflower and mash it
- Put the mashed cauliflower in a cloth and squeeze the juice well. ( This part is very important because the drier cauliflower the better )
- Put the cauliflower and egg in a bowl
- Add salt and ground black pepper on it and knead
- Add the kashar cheese and continue knead .İt is ready when the dough is like a puree
- Put the baking paper in a baking tray and roll the cauliflower mixture round like a pizza with your hand , raise the edges of the dough like a pizza rim
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes
- Put the olive oil and tomato paste and brown it
- After well mixed together , add the garlic and salt , thyme and basil
- Pour the sauce evenly over the pizza that comes out of the oven
- Put the kashar cheese and all the ingredients you want on it . ( You can also add different ingredients other than the ingredients listed above
- Put it back in the oven and cook the kashar cheese until it melts.
- The pizza is ready !
