Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg cornelian cherry
  • 750 gram granaluted sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 dessert spoon butter

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cornelian cherry and put them in a deep bowl.
  • Add sugar to it and leave for 2 hours.
  • Take it in a pot and bring it to a boil.
  • After boiling, reduce the heat and add the butter.
  • Stir and continuas to cook, if there is foam on it that remove them with a spoon.
  • Check the consistency and add the lemon juice
  • Add it to the jar while it is hot and close the jar.
  • It will be ready after about 3 days enjoy your meal.
