Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cups Chickpeas (pre-soaked overnight)
  • 1 Piece Onion Large
  • 1 Piece Yellow Wax Pepper Large
  • 1 Tablespoon Pepper Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Piece Green Pepper Long
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Night before Put 1 cup of chickpea in a bowl and add 2 -3 cups of water on it wait until the next day.
  • Take the beans out of the water, After draining and washing the water, it is kept in the strainer.
  • Let's put the olive oil and small  dice onions and peppers in the pot.
  • Is to brown the onion and pepper, put the tomato paste in it, and after a while add the strainer chickpeas and continue brown.
  • Add salt, pepper, cumin and ground red pepper, black pepper.
  • Let's add boiled water to the pot (enough to pass 3 fingers).
  • Let's close pan lid the pot and cook over low heat for 45minutes.
