Put the hot water in your pot and increase the heat.
Wash the lentils in water and put them in the boiling waterin the pot.
Put 3 tablespoons of rice, 2 tablespoons of bulgur and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot.
Cook for 35-40 minutes until lentils are soft.
Start melting butter in a different pan.
Dice and add 1 onion on to of the melted butter.
Add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste on to of brown onions.
Add 1 teaspoon of mint to the onions and cook for 2 more minutes.
The sauce you cook in the pan, Add into the pot, and stir
Stir for 10 minutes and continue cooking.
If you want, you can garnish it by adding lemon and paprika while serving.
