Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Red Lentils
  • 3 Tablespoons Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons Bulgur
  • 1 Piece Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tablespoons Butter
  • 6 Cups Hot Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Mint
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Put the hot water in your pot and increase the heat.
  • Wash the lentils in water and put them in the boiling waterin the pot.
  • Put 3 tablespoons of rice, 2 tablespoons of bulgur and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot.
  • Cook for 35-40 minutes until lentils are soft.
  • Start melting butter in a different pan.
  • Dice and add 1 onion on to of the melted butter.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste on to of brown onions.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of mint to the onions and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • The sauce you cook in the pan, Add into the pot, and stir
  • Stir for 10 minutes and continue cooking.
  • If you want, you can garnish it by adding lemon and paprika while serving.
  • Enjoy Your Meal!
