Ingredients
  

  • 6 Piece Eggplants Medium
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Piece Onion
  • 2 Piece Peppers

Filling ingredients

  • 350 Grams Minced Meat
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Piece Tomatoes
  • 6 Piece Green Peppers
  • 1 Bunch Parsley
  • 1 Cup Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • Wash the eggplants in water and peelthem in multi colored.
  • Put 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and increase the heat. Chop 1 onion and add it.After scorching until it turns pink, add 2 diced green peppers and continuescorching
  • Addthe medium-fat minced meat on which we take it and mix it with the onion andcook until it drains.
  • Add 2 cloves of garlic, half ateaspoon of tomato paste, half a teaspoon of pepper paste, 1 teaspoon of saltand pepper.
  • Add and dice 2 tomatoes, cook for 5minutes, then reduce the stove and add a bunch of chopped parsley and mix itfor the last time and take off  thestove.
  • Let's fry the eggplants in oil
  • Let's put the eggplants in a bowl
  • Let'scut the middle parts of eggplants and put the minced meat in abundance.
  • Let's superimpose pepper tomato and pepper slices on eggplants.
  • Bake eggplants with minced meat in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
