Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl dried Knotweed (fresh is also available)
  • 1 bowl bulgur
  • 1 spoon Tomato paste
  • 1/2 spoon pepper paste
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions
 

  • First of all, the knotweed is put into the pot. Add 3 to 4 glasses of water and let it boil.
  • When the knotwedds are completely soft, add the bulgur. Then add the tomato paste and salt.
  • Cook on low heat until the water is dry.
  • Cook the butter and onion in another pot.
  • Turn off the stove. Add the fried onion you prepared to the rice and mix well. Let it brew for a while and your knotweed pilaf is ready. Bon Appetit.
