Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack mushrooms
  • 2 onions (medium)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • 3 peppers
  • chili pepper
  • black pepper
  • thyme (optional)
  • oil
  • 1 dessert spoon tomato paste (optional)
  • parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • • First, finely chop the onion, garlic and peppers.
  • After cleaning the mushrooms, chop them in medium size.
  • Pour olive oil into the pan, add the onion and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add garlic and pepper and fry.
  • Then add the mushrooms, mix them and fry them on medium heat.
  • Stir from time to time until drain the water.
  • Peel and grate the tomatoes.
  • When the mushrooms are drained, add the tomatoes, water and spices and mix.
  • Cook until the water is well drain and remove from the stove. Bon Appetit.
