Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 spoon butter
  • 1 spoon olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon tomato paste
  • 1 glass of canned tomato or grated tomato
  • 1 lt hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 desser spoon dry mint
  • 1 cup of vermicelle

Instructions
 

  • First, chop the onion andgarlic into cubes. Add olive oil to the pan and heat it. Add onion and garlicand brown them.
  • After the onions and garlic are well browned, add the tomato paste and canned tomatoes. Continue frying on low heat.
  • Add the hot water. Add thevermicelli to the pot and close the lid of the pot. Cook it about for 10-15minutes.
  • Check if the vermicelli is cooked. If cooked, add salt and pepper. After cooking in this way for 1-2 minutes .
  • Finally, prepare the sauce that you will add on it before serving. Cook it with butter and chilli pepper and mint and pour it over the soup.
