Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram mushroom
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 spoon butter
  • 1 spoon olive oil
  • 3 spoon flour
  • 1 glasses of milk
  • 4 glasses of water
  • 1/2 dessert spoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • First, chop 350 grams of mushrooms into cubes.
  • Add the water and juice of 1 lemon and boil the mushrooms.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to a different pot.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of flour to this pot and brown it. Wait for it to brown little.
  • Slowly add 1 glass of milk to the flour and mix it continuously.
  • Add 4 glasses of water, salt and ground black pepper on it.
  • After your mushrooms are boiled, drain the water and take it into the pot with flour mixture and let it boil. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and wait for  5-7 minutes.
