Ingredients
  

  • 3 quinces
  • 3 spoon sugar
  • 1 cinnamomum cassia
  • 10-12 cloves
  • Half glasses of water

For preparing

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lt water

For serving

  • cream
  • pistachio

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , put water in a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice on it
  • Peel the quinces and divide them into two parts , take out the seeds of the quinces and put seeds in a plate
  • Put the quinces in the water and wait
  • Place the quinces in the pot with the center of the quince on top.
  • Add cloves , cinnamomum cassia and seeds of quince in the pot
  • Pour a cup of sugar over each of the quinces.
  • Add the water on the pot and cover the lid of the pot and cook it until the water boils over medium heat and after boiling , cook it about 1 , 1-5 hours over low heat
  • After the quinces are soft, put them on a plate
  • Wait it until cool down about 3 hours
  • Pour the sherbet of the quince on the quinces and put the cream on them
  • You can decorate them with pistachio , hazelnut , walnut or almond
