Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 glass granulated Sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet  vanilla
  • 1 teaglass almond powder
  • 1 teaglass coconut
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 2 tablespoon starch

Instructions
 

  • First, put the milk and sugar in the pot.
  • Put the egg yolk, starch and rice flour in a pot and whisk. Bring the heat to medium heat.
  • Add the almond powder, coconut, and then add the vanillin and whisk well.
  • Put the pot on medium heat and cook until it gets darker by whisking constantly. (It is important that it be continuous. Mix until it boils)
  • Shared into bowls and served outside until it reaches room temperature, then completely cooled and served in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit.
